I would go with a different gpu, but the 7790 will be quite well for a budget, Not sure where ur buying from, but u can usually find ram at 8gb for around $60-65 and since u listed corsair its probably over $70 for the one stick, use PCPartpicker and sort thru 8gb kits and lowest price, but found a kingston 8gbx1 at amazon or newegg for $65,

can use this site for other savings but noticed some the lower priced sites having shipping prices that are not listed on the pcpartpicker page like NCIX

I stay in India so it's not an option..should I ditch the Corsair vengance and get something cheaper? What are the Pros and Cons of having the Corsair Vengance?

Well most ram works at its advertised speeds if the board supports the speed and most usually do 1333 and 1600 on amd and some up to 1866, and other than the brand name and the quality of the memory chips used on the ram most decent brands like kingston, corsair, gskill, crucial, samsung, hynix, are good as well if they dont with heatsinks or not. The corsair vengeance is good ram, but if ur on a tight budget than maybe try going cheaper but if its not a whole lot cheaper than might as well stick with corsair.
