Need advice and recommendations on building a gaming PC!

Hello guys, I am planning to build a gaming PC.
Budget Range: $1100
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming-Internet Surfing-Livestreaming-Basic Video Editing
Parts Not Required: Keyboard,Mouse,Mousepad,Headset,Monitor,OS
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon.com by AmazonGlobal Saver Shipping
Country: Singapore
Parts Preferences: Corsair,Intel,Samsung,Crucial....
Overclocking: Yes,in the future.
SLI or Crossfire: No
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: I would like a quiet PC

Case: Corsair 200R (Case looks doesn't matter to me)
PSU: Corsair CX750M (How many watts is needed for this build? , I'm not sure..)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87-D3HP (Can you recommend me another good motherboard which comes with 4 sata cables?)
CPU: Intel Haswell Core i5-4670k (Is i7-4770k worth it?)
GPU: EVGA GTX770 2GB (Any other good GPU better than this one that can play next gen tittles around the same price?)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Elite 8GB (I like the timings)
HDD: Western Digital Black 1TB (Black is preferable for gaming)
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB (For Installing the OS)
Optical Drive: LG
Total: $1077

Tell me if its good or bad and anything I could do to spend more money or save money for the best price/performance ratio.

Assuming that you wouldn't SLI the 770, a 600w good quality PSU is enough. Anyways, that PSU is fine. Should give you more headroom for future upgrades.

The I7-4770K is just an overkill for gaming. You could barely notice a difference in performance with the 4670K, for a ridiculously higher price. The 4770K comes in handy only if you do heavy multi-threaded tasks, like 3D modelling, rendering, etc.

The rest is good, you'll be happy with your rig :)

600 watt psu should be me more than enough. gtx770 will be fine for your resolution......you can get sata cables for cheap online, are there any other specific features that you will use/need from the motherboard?

I think 750watt is alright for future upgrades and I'm looking for basic features in a motherboard. Any recommendations where I can buy sata cables because I really don't know?

750watt would be perfect if you SLI 770s in the future. you can find them in Amazon or Newegg(they just started shipping globally)
