You can get an ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M motherboard at PCCaseGear which is micro-ATX and almost the same as the (Extreme4) variant where the only differences would be another slot for a Graphics Card and some extra USB ports. Z87 is unnecessary unless you want to overclock your CPU.

Go with an Intel Core i7 for the amount that you are spending. AMD CPUs are only good for low-mid budget builds. You do not need more than 2 fans in a computer case unless you have many GPUs inside, though in that case you'd be better off with watercooling.

The CX Corsair series are pretty bad quality overall. You'd be better off with a Corsair HX or AX PSU which are much better.
