NO.
What you need is a PCI or PCIe card that has a USB2 connector for the case.
I'm not quite sure how you used up your USB2/3 slots so if you gave your motherboard model and more detail you might get better help.
I have a ASROCK Z77 Extreme 3 Mainboard with two available 2.0 plugs.
I have a card reader, NZXT APERTURE M 5.25 Bay Multi-Media Mesh Style Card Reader w. Dual USB 3.0 that takes up the 3.0 Mobo header for the 3.0 usb, and one 2.0 Mobo plug for the card reader.
And a Zalman Z11 case with four 2.0 usb ports on the front. The case is in the mail so I dont have it yet but I have never seen a 2.0 Mobo plug that powers four 2.0 usb so unless I am wrong I will have to go with only using two of the four 2.0 usb on the case. (the cases I see reviewed are the "Zalman Z11 Plus" that have two 3.0 and two 2.0 usb's on the case, I got the cheaper one,4x 2.0 usb, I cant find a pic of the wiring online)
As far as I know the sata Mobo plug is ingoing and wont work for usb, but I thought I would ask as I have been wrong before in my life.
I have a Cooler Master 212 EVO cpu cooler, (in the mail).
I also have two MSI R9 270 video cards in the mail that may or may not block the pci(e) slots.
I am still hoping to have all the parts I need get here at the same time to put it all together in the same day.
Thanks for all the replys, Tom's Rocks
