I wanna go 2-way SLI with this mobo:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K
Motherboard: GA-Z87X-D3H
GPU: 2xEVGA GTX760 4GB FTW A/CX COOLING
RAM: KINGSTON (2X4GB) DDR3 1600MHZ
HYDROCOOLING: CORSAIR H100i
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 EVO SERIES 120 GB SATA3
HDD: WESTERN DIGITAL CAVIAR BLUE 1TB 7200 RPM SATA3

How many watts PSU i 'll need? And how many watts UPS i 'll need so i can safe shutdown if electricity power goes off?

for this sli setup you will be ok with xfx or seasonic 650 w . . like xfx xtr 650 or seasonic 660 platimun . . if want to spend a little more and be future safe or tri sli or sli of 780 so ax760i
