So I'm doing a rebuild for a friend and I'm having difficulty getting a display on the screen at first I thought it to be a graphics card however I have 2 working graphics cards (tested on other systems) and they had no display either. My next thought was mobo problems and I was just wondering how I could test this.

The build:
- Case: Antec 1200
- CPU: Intel i7 950
- RAM: G Skill Ares 4gb
- Mobo: P6T SE
- PSU: CoolerMaster 600W
- SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120gb
- Graphics Card: Gigabyte 260x WF2

Note: The SSD, PSU, RAM, and G Card are all new.

Thanks in advance.

So you cant get RGB signal to the screen ?

Have you tried using CPU build-in GPU to test it.

And could you be more clear what exactly happens on the screen ? Is it just says "no input"?

Sorry i don't really know what you mean by built in gpu.. unless you mean on board graphics on the mobo not the CPU in which case i can't since this particular motherboard has no video output. Yeah so basically there is no video output detected on the monitor (I tried 3 different monitors, all working on different systems) its just a blank screen. There is no POST that i know of its just a black screen. Thanks for your fast reply :)

Some CPUs got build in GPU like i5 3570 got Intel HD 3000 .

Okey so lets try with basics stuff first:
Cable: did you try different cables when connecting to the screens?
GPU: Is the fan on the GPU running ? is it getting power ?
GPU: Did you connect all the power cords to the GPU? the 6 pin etc.
MOBO: you got speaker connected to the motherboard to check the POST?(beep)
MOBO: all fans are running ?

I hope this will help

Yes for all except POST beep however this mobo never did beep for that (I dont know why) but I tested the speaker on the mobo by taking out all RAM and I did get the warning beeps. So I'm unsure now as to whats causing the problem.. I'm going to try bread boarding next to troubleshoot and I'l be sure to update you. Thanks for the help. :)

Ok so I've begun bread boarding the system but I'm still facing the same problem and am starting to suspect the mobo as the only possible cause.. Are there any tests I can conduct to determine what is causing the problems?
Thanks for the help.
