MSI Gaming or Asus if you want the best cooling. Other than that they are all the same. Factory OC doesn't mean shit.

I own the gigabyte edition of the card. It's really good and it works really nice. The card has a nice appearance too..
I have the OC edition it's base/boost clock is 1020/1085 MHz. Memory 1750 MHz.
I'd recommend this to anyone.. But if you can get EVGA with aftermarket cooler in your budget. Than it's worth buying.

Get the Evga one if you feel like upgrading it to the 6gb variant when EVGA releases it (you can trade up within 3 months of purchase if you just pay the difference).
Otherwise, I'd recommend the MSI edition. I have an MSI GTX 780 and I couldn't be happier.

If you want it cool and fast then you might also consider a water cooling kit.

is it really worth buying a water cooling kit because people (online) say that you can boost the clock speed by max .1 ghz...should i buy a water cooling loop?

I bought a water loop and benchmarks with AIDA64 yielded substantial decreases in temps and marked increases in overall performance. I say that water cooling is both more easily accessible, easy to install,, while at the same time being affordable . Plus, reputable companies are building quality components now at good prices.
