I had my DVI cable from my computer to the monitor which worked fine and I wanted to test this other computer so I plugged in the VGA cable and that worked. When I unplugged it though I just got no signal while I still had the DVI cable in and I cant do anything else. I cant open the menu or anything it just doesnt detect my computer it seems or even the cable. The cable and computer is fine, Im using this computer and the cable on this crappy monitor I found so I just need to know what is up with my monitor.

well I just saw this on my phone as Im trying to get my monitor back on and I was just about to reply saying I cant do that as I cant see anything before it goes to no signal and then it goes off but as it was turning on I was just hitting the buttons in the order I thought it might be and it worked! Thanks anyway :)
