Hello!

I was planning on pairing up these two (I know, not the best combo) and i just want to know how much of a bottleneck it would be in games like (here it goesss).......................................Crysis 3, Bioshock Infinite, BF4, AC4, Thief, Tomb Raider. I'm gonna play them most at 1080p at ultra or at stable fps. I know, I know it's a lot to take in for a cpu like that.

I know the pentium is a weak processor but since it's a haswell i think it would be great for a temporary cpu until i get an i5 (which wont be too long or maybe it will be a long wait) since I'm on a really strict budget and i cant stretch it any further (i will if i can). But if there's a better alternative, I'm open to all suggestions.

also what motherboard can i pair this combo with?

Thank you!

If you are on a strict budget, get i3-4130 and R9 270 (if prices did not rise because of bitcoin) or 750 Ti instead.
The CPU bottleneck is going to be huge.

Hey I'm also using the same processor right now...my GPU is HD 7770.i cant even play BF4 and BF3 at 60fps in ultra.when i checked my cpu performance graph, the readings shown were above 95 percent....this cpu bottlenecks any of the gpu in AMD 7000 series as well as Nvidia equivalent.

so try to save money and go for an i3...I bet you will not regret like me.....
