GPU for Watch Dogs on medium-high settings on at least 60fps

Hi, what's the cheapest GPU I can get that can run Watch Dogs on medium - high settings on at least 60-80 frames per second? The game is coming next month, and I know that my GPU (ATI Radeon HD 5570) just won't do it. Budget is $90-150. Not on online sites cause shipping is expensive to my country

If you purchase it in a mall you will get a gpu with half of the performance as the r9 270. Watchdogs is one of the most demanding games on the market you cant get a cheap card and expect to be happy playing it. If you dont mind me asking why don't you want to order online
