Hello. If I pre-order watch dogs from the Hong Kong, or another version of the Origin website, will I be able to play the game? Is it region locked? Or once the game is released, will I download it from a U.K. server?

Hello RunBack159, I do not believe that Watch Dogs is "region locked", and it is difficult to tell what server you are downloading it from. Your question was worded a bit confusingly.
