problem is high memory voltage or not ?

No - your DRAM is DDR2 and 2.2 was rather typical with DDR2, should be perfectly fine, of the two mobos I'd go with the P5Q SE2 from Asus, it has the newer P45 chipset, vs the older P35 on the GB mobo
