Upgrading from 64GB SSD to 240GB SSD

I’m upgrading from a 64GB SSD Sata II to a 240GB SSD Sata III
My current install (Win 7 Ultimate) is clean and stable
Can I just clone or should I do a fresh install?

If cloning is fine, which app is better to use (a free app)

why not just leave the OS on the 64, and add the 240 as a new drive for your games and stuff...

a sata 2 is plenty fast enough for anything OS related... you wouldnt notice a difference.

I actually prefer to have my OS on a seperate drive from my games and stuff.
