^I have to respectfully disagree, though anti-aliasing is another matter.
I run Skyrim on a mobile GTX 660M (which is less powerful than a desktop 750Ti) and am able to max all settings (minus AA), turn up rendering + LOD distances through the INI, and pile the FXAA Post-Process Injector and 2K HD mods ontop of that. At 1080p, I pull an average of 35-40 FPS without stutter, and I consider that perfectly playable.
I mentioned the FXAA injector - I highly recommend this, as it offers fast-approximation AA, which uses very little processing power and looks virtually identical to the in-game or driver-forced AA settings. Aside from that, don't underestimate the 750Ti - it may be a mid-range card, but it's still quite powerful.
