no, that graphics card is mediocre, it will play tf2 at medium, planetside probly high, and it can max out minecraft. you can build your own for the same price buy get very high on tf2 and max planet side 2.

this should perform significantly better than the one from best buy, and it is more reliable. if you can go up to $700 then a better mobo would be nice.

You sure it will play Planetside on high? Since Planetside is way more resource intensive then TF2.....
