choosing the best PSU

hello guys,

I just need a little help / advise here :(
here are my specs

Mobo: DH55TC
CPU: Intel Core i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz 4 CPU's
RAM: x2 4Gb Kingston DDR3 1333
GPU: Radeon HD7730 1Gb GDDR5
HDD: 500Gb

~uhm i would like to know what's the best PSU im gonna buy for that system build. .is 500w is enough?

P.S.
can i really mix up a 2Gb DDR3 w/ my current x2 4Gb DDR3 memory?. .or it will be a bad idea?. .some of the technicians where i bought this memory said that it is okay to mix it up. .is it true guys?. .need some advice on experts here :??:

That's probably the best budget power supply for you, I second it.

The RAM would be ok to mix, as long as you made sure the voltage/timings are the same. But if you already have 8GBs of RAM, adding 2 or 4 GBs won't do anything for gaming, photo editing or light video editing.
