I'm not in desperate need of better cooling but I recenlty got some more money from my birthday and since I love my computer I thought why not. I have already upgraded my PSU to a sexy beast- http://amzn.to/1lzAsTw, but now I want to atleast overlcock my ok but not the best AMD FX-6300 from possibly 3.5Ghz stock to possibly 4-4.2Ghz BUT I wouldn't mind water cooling my CPU since it's not as advanced as cooling a GPU but I cannot decide wether to go with air or water cooling.

The water cooling I was thinking about was this one- http://amzn.to/1fkFi3j
And the heat sink I was considering was this one- http://amzn.to/1kXaTxf
By the way my motherboard is- http://amzn.to/QCBlRi

If you have any idea of any better options or can help me in any way then please reply :D

In general water cooling is more effective. The bang for your buck typically lies in heatsinks though, which is why in this case the heat sink would win.

There's a certain line where heatsinks just can't compete though, however you would have to have a beast of a rig to invest that much in a high-end water cooler.
