G-Sync then what amd have?

Solution
Take for instance games like Battlefield 4, it doesn`t use PhysX ... a lot of good games go around without PhysX ... buying an nvidia card just for this in my opinion is kinda stupid. And personally i hate closed APIs, probably this is the reason we don`t see a lot of games around using PhysX.
AMD has only shown a software solution as far as G sync is concerned. From what people know it uses already existing tech found in laptops. No word AFAIK if it will work with standard desktop monitors. AMD does have physics tech, but only game that makes any use of it is Tomb Raider 2013. If you wanna play the games that use Nvidia PhysX then you need to get a NVidia GPU.

There are few games using PhysX also ... i have nvidia GPU but the only game that i got to play and use PhysX was Batman... so you can get an AMD card without any problem

I just wanted to add that PhysX was amazing in borderlands 2. And when I consider the 100+ hours of gameplay I put it in I would say yes. But while I could be wrong about this. I would gamble that AMD based Physics will boost up thanks to both consoles using the same tech, wait 2 years and I bet you'll see a lot more.

But in your case, if you really want to use gsync then you'll have to get a Nvidia card. AMD has nothing on the table for now.
