Hello, i am building my PC. These are my specs:

Case : Spire Lugen SP1602B-U3 1602, Midi tower (Is it Big Enough?)
CPU : AMD FX-8320 8Cores
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
GPU: GTX 660 TwinFrozr MSI OC
RAM : MEMORY DIMM 4GB DDR3 CRUCIAL
PSU : 520W Modecom Feel 1 (Is it strong enough?)
HDD and SSD

I want to play new games like BF4 and Watch Dogs. 60-30Fps is OK for me.

Solution

When you look at this case's manufacturer, they list the: CPU Heatsink Support 160mm and VGA Clearance Maximum 230mm w/ hard drive, 330mm w/o hard drive...
Here is your GPU specifications, Card Dimension(mm): 235x125.2x35.8 mm and it requires 24A on the 12V rails and a 450W PSU minimum to power it.
Because the case and PSU is not popular so that I can't find the info, or you can email the manufacturer ask them the gtx660 will fit into the case.
For the PSU, it is OK on paper but I can't find the review for it.

any particular reasons you chose what you did? i have no idea what that case is... but any mid tower would fit a card like a 660 or 760. no problem there.

you want at least 8gb of ddr3 these days.

that motherboard is very dated... you might have to flash the bios before it even recognized the 8320... i'd get a current mobo like the m5a99x.

520w is enough for sure. I'd probably step up to a 760 and you'll be a little more future proof.

CPU, MOBO, AND GPU are all good.

Crucial is ok, gskill and corssair are better for ram.

You should never go cheap on PSU, dont pay good money on a cpu gpu etc and then buy a cheap PSU that can fry everything.

You want around 550-600 watts but that cheap one will probably not be able to actually put out that. Get antec, xfx, seasonic, or corssair brand PSU, something that is 80 plus bronze rated or better.

Your case will fit everything but does look a little cheap on build quility, if possible I would get a better name brand case as well.

About case. Build quality may be not the best but if compared to my case now, it will definetly be better, and it still have place for 3 fans on case. Soo about air flow it will be ok?

It should be sufficient airflow if you have intake fan, back fan and a fan on the side panel.

I would be worried about trusting that PSU to output enough power and last for any decent period of time though.

The M5A97 mobo is perfectly adaquete for your setup. It does say that your bios version has to be 1006 or better for the 8320 (currently on version 2301). If your vendor does a lot of computer sells and cycles product through quickly it should not be an issue. If they only sell 5-10 of a product model every 6 months it might be an issue.

But I can't find those info on your case.
For the PSU like this: like the 40A on +12V, http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=100-B1-0500-KR

Thanks for all answers. I can see screwholes(Dont know how to write it), on case, so it probably has space for fans, but i will ask for it in shop, about psu, i already own that psu and use it for 1 year(Do power decreases?) I think i will use it again. Guys at shop will put all components in pc and will test it. They will know what to do.
