Today there was a black out in the city. I was home when that happened, after a while the power came back and everything was good. I shortly after left the house, came back 4 hours later and now there is something weird with my monitor.

I will check with a laptop to see if its a monitor or graphic card issue, but since I've updated my drivers, checked if there is the same problem in BIOS, used VGA, DVI and HDMI connectors and the problem was always identical, I'm pretty sure its the monitor.
My question is, does warranty cover this? Is there anything I can do besides get it warranted? Thanks in advance.
