Is this PC good for Gaming?

I can't build my own since I have little siblings who will jack it up as they do all my stuff.

Absolutely terrible for gaming. Although it can play games it's not a very desirable game machine.

I wouldn't buy it, it has the old bulldozer architecture, which sucks compared to the current architecture (piledriver).
Also, the GPU is the cheapest one from the GTX-600 series, not good.
All together, this PC is not worth the price.
As for your siblings, there are websites where you can select your own components and pay extra (50 dollars?) for them to put it together.

Only problem with this one is that it has the open box policy. Do you guys have any other reccomendations from perhaps BestBuy instead of NewEgg?

Newegg is a very trustworthy site. I've been buying computer hardware from them for around 8 years and I've never been disappointed with their service in any way.

That one isn't really any better than the first one you posted except for the CPU. You should buy the one from newegg because it has a nice processor and it has a GTX 760 graphics card. The build you showed me has a GTX 650 which is terrible compared to the GTX 760.

The one you mentioned is a bad gaming computer. It can play games but there are other options out there that are similarly priced.
