my keyboard wont type at least 18 letters

I was doing math on my home school and suddenly all the numbers except 4 and 6 and so im likeok.... aand then I find out over half (18) of my keys dont work ive looked at multiple sites and tried multiple things nothing so far has worked plz help im already behind in school

1. Re-plug keyboard.
2. Read manual.
3. Re-seat the keys if possible (I have the sharkoon skiller and can remove them / push them back).
4. It might be broken --> buy sharkoon skiller for <20$ =)
