I don't want it very expensive , I want something that looks good and performs well providing good ventilation and other things but cheap

Fractal Design Core 1000 has good airflow, USB 3.0, good features, and is cheap. A bit less quality but also cheaper is the NZXT Source 210, which can be had usually around $30 or so.
