So its been 4 years now since I bought my PC
and nowadays it can't keep up with the pace anymore, and by pace I mean gaming, the parts are really old and slow.

I wanted to replace the Cpu and mobo
AMD Athlon LE-1640
Qube Q-NV-GF6100

and upgrade to these
A8-5600K
GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-HD3
and would it be fine with my Sapphire R7 260X ?

so please help
and if you have any suggestion or anything
just put it in the section below

Thanks :)

Agreed with Danbuscus

FM2 platform is just not that good.
If you want to game the FM2 will leave you wanting a dedicated GPU which will then leave you with a crappy CPU.
If you want just a decent computer the higher end A8s and A10s are severly under and fx-6300 in performance.

I did not even see initially that you had an r7-260x.

The fm2 provides you with zero bennifit when you have dedicated graphics,
Do yourself a big favor and get an fx series cpu.
There are many many threads of people on here wanting to get more performance out of their FM2 cpu after they upgraded to a dedicated GPU and are sad to find out that they have to buy a completley new mobo to get a decent cpu.
