Since this graphics card is already overclocked out of the factory, would it take up more power?

Yes, a little bit. We're talking about something like 10-20W here.

all around you are fine with 500 watts . . but not that cx PSU cause it is known for it's failure due to cheap caps and thermal issues. . but a good xfx or seasonic

Probably not. As has been said, the CX PSUs aren't great by any means, and are not designed for gaming (they are/were advertised as being used in a "basic computer"). If you want to run that risk, go ahead. I'd recommend sending it back and getting the XFX 550W which has already been suggested in this thread.

It's probably best to run your build by us before ordering parts, just for future reference.

What do I have to do to let you run the build?

The CX series is just fine for your kind of build. The CX series is not meant to handle heavy loads caused by high power draw and/or overclocking, due to its weaker capacitors. You won't be pushing the power supply too hard.

Their entire system draws around 325w at full load, and they use an overclocked i7 Extreme CPU. You'll be looking at closer to 290-300w at max load, which puts you around the power supply's highest efficiency. 500w is fine, and it won't be worth it for you to pay a restocking fee, and wait a couple of weeks to get a new power supply.
