Hello, i have problem when i want to close app, no shutdown button appear when i put cursor on top of screen. I reinstall OS but doesnt helped. it work only some time.Sorry for bad english if you don't understand me here is picture of it http://i.imgur.com/AanVwpp.jpg

Only some time. When it stoped working i must restart computer and it will work for some moment...
