EVGA Step up worth it?

Would it be worth stepping up the 760 to the 770? I think the price difference would be about $70 - $80 so I'm questioning if the gains are worth the hassel.

My other option is to wait it out for a little bit and put my 760 in SLI when the price drops.

Thoughts?

In general, you will notice very little difference moving up less than 3 tiers..... And yes, 2nd 760 would be the better option.

I would say, go with 760 SLI for better performance, single 770 for less power consumption and heat with performance still pretty good. You could get a 780, too, if you want that. One 780 costs about the same as two 760's, and it has 3GB RAM.

However, if you want multiple monitors, go with 760 SLI.

I might just step it up to the 780 if there are any price drops by the time my Step Up period is getting close to expiration. Thanks guys
