i know i need at least 500w, but it needs some more things like pci-e connectors and i don't understand any of that. can you recommend a cheap PSU for the r9-270x? i'm also running an i5-2300 on my pc. thanks.
Power Supply:EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($34.99 @ Micro Center) Total: $34.99 (Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.) (Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-04-22 16:32 EDT-0400)
assuming you have a standard case, such as mid-tower, full-tower, desktop, micro-atx tower, micro-atx mini tower, mini itx tower, micro-atx minislim tower, etc then a standard atx psu will fit.
k so i found this one PSU: Seasonic PSU S12II-520W Active PFC 80+ Retail which is good cause its 520w and it's in my country meaning technical support, and i wanted to know a few things:
are the PSU and the R9-270x compatible with my MOBO:
intel DH67BL
one more thing: is the size going to be a problem? i don't really know anything about cases but mines size (measured from the exterior of it) is hightXlengthXwidth 42x41x18.5
thanks
