I WANT TO KNOW IF MY PSU CAN HANDLE MY NEW GRAPHICS CARD

GRAPHICS CARD:powerColor Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5

PC SPECS:MY PC IS AMD/MSI MOTHERBOARD
A6-6400K APU Dual-Core 4.0GHz
WIN7 x64Bit Sp1 Home Premium
500GB HDD
4GB RAM

500W PSU By Ark Technology Inc.
ATX P4 Power Supply

I wanna know if my computer will be fine with it.

I don't plan on using CrossFire and I never Over-Clock
As long as I don't do any of these should I be fine???

That sounds like a cheap generic PSU[-shaped object]. I don't think it is worth the risk, as such "devices" tend to take other parts with them into the fiery abyss when they die. Does it even have a PCIe power cable?
On a budget, a 450W Antec VP-450 or 380W Antec Earthwatts would be sufficient for your build.

no I meant the graphics has the 6-pin, but my PSU doesn't have a wire to plug in.

but for more specific readings heres the info from it

DC OUTPUT +5V +12 -5V -12V +3.3V +5VSB TOATAL
32A 14A 0.5A 0.8A 28A 2A 500W

The Top of PSU reads 115/230V,5/2.5A,50/60Hz

No, that PSU is insufficient. With only 14A of +12V (168W), by the time you count your CPU, drives, and even fans, you won't have enough for your graphics card.
Furthermore, the -5V rail indicates it is years obsolete, and it is probably overrated (so that 14A probably just dropped down to 10A-12A of actual capacity). On a budget, get something like an Antec VP-450 or 380W Earthwatts. Avoid the cheap Corsair "CX" and "GS" models, as they were made with inferior Samxon capacitors that don't tolerate heat well.
