Hello all, to start off I will tell you my setup:

CPU: Intel core i5 4670k 3.4ghz

CPU cooler: cooler master hyper 212 Evo

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H

Ram: rip jaws 2x4gb

Storage: 1tb Hdd

Gpu: Evga GeForce GTX 770 2GB superclocked ACX

Case: Fractical Design r4

Psu: 550w seasonic

this is my first build, so I'm really new to this kind of stuff. I know that these cards come pre-overclocked. But I was wondering if there was a way to push them further without messing anything up. I have done quite a bit of research but I would like to have some first hand advice from you guys what the safe voltage would be for it, I have the precision tool downloaded from evga and have looked around on it but haven't done much tinkering with it.

The game I mainly play is elder scrolls online, everything on ultra with AA and vertical sync on. Gets 50-60fps when I'm out exploring but drops to 30-40 once I'm in town and around quite a few people. Any help or comments will be much appreciated thanks.

you can OC, but would I OC with a 550W PSU, no, a seasonic 550W, close to a yes. the wattage is a little low to OC and you may encounter a blue screen, would have been best with a 600W or 650W.
