Whats the best budget after market CPU cooler?

I'm starting to build my first (budget gaming) pc and i was looking for a after market cpu cooler but there are so many and i would like some help on what budget cooler is the best (under £25).

my specs:

Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 Motherboard

AMD FX8320 Black Edition 8 Core

550W XFX Pro Core Edition PSU

AMD R9 270x


I would really like some help!

OP, do you have those parts already, or are they what you are looking at getting. If still looking, what do you need, and what is budget?


yeah im still looking but i think i will get those parts, budget £560 ish . Also would i need a new cpu fan?

yeah im still looking but i think i will get those parts, budget £560 ish . Also would i need a new cpu fan?

Your new CPU fan will be the one I recommended you. If you're not going to overclock, you can just keep the one that comes in the box.
