so what happen after that? have tried enabling shadow play for the second time?
As soon as I flick that switch to turn on shadowplay, my screen loses connection to the card and I have to do a force shutdown. Upon restart the resolution ratio is at some crazy size and that driver has been wiped. After reinstalling the driver and fixing the resolution I haven't touched shadowplay again in hope it will be fixed in the next driver update.

happen to me once although i did not remember if i was using new driver when i did the re-installing but it never happen again after that. anyway try using much latest round of driver from nvidia and make sure GFE being updated to latest version
Actually I don't recall what driver I had been using prior to the bug which occurred. When I get home I shall try it again and see if it happens with this driver and will reply here with what happens.
Okay, so when i got home i went onto the GeForce experience, and worryingly switched it on. And to my surprise it worked! Haven't tested the recording system yet but i am just glad it hasn't reproduced the previous bug (as of yet)
initially it was a bit buggy but nvidia keep on improving the software with updates. they even add more option to it as per user request. personally i'm not complaining shadowplay for the lack of feature because it was something free.
