As the title suggests, every few days, my BIOS gets corrupted. I have a GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD3H and it is nice that it has a backup BIOS otherwise I'd probably be screwed! Anyway, every few days, I go to power on my computer and it tells me my BIOS is corrupted and then it restores and I have to go in and change the settings back. Apparently it is very uncommon for a BIOS to actually be corrupted? What are the causes? What can I do to prevent this annoying (and possibly dangerous) occurrence? The parts to my computer are brand spanking new so I don't see it being an impending hardware failure.
