My question is do i need to upgrade my current psu to support the new board ?

Radeon 7770
FX4100
1t sata hard drive

No!

You still have the same CPU and GPU so those are the items that use most all your power.

I don't plan to over clock just trying to get rid of my old mother board that cost 40 bucks I was just checking I did not want to spend more then I have too on some thing I don't really need right away

also I'm getting a new 64 bit windows 7 disk when i switch out the motherboard all i need to do is re install windows fresh in will it go ok with the transaction
