So, I have an i7-4770k. I also have the Asus Optimization software. I was Overclocked to 4.6GHz, but I noticed the software had the voltages just insanely high for me. I am looking for a minor over clock up to 4.2 based on the temps I saw at 4.6Ghz I'm assuming 4.2Ghz will just have decent temps under load and I'll be a little less worried about adaptive voltage jumping insanely high.
I think the software had my voltages all the way up to a max of 1.551 which pretty high.
So after all that has anyone just used the Asus TPU switch on the Mobo instead of the software, and if so how did it turn out?
