Hello, my laptop has been infected with the FBI Moneypak virus. I have tried to boot to safe modes, through advanced options "f8", when I click on safe mode I get BSOD or it reboots, if I try to use xp installation disk to repair by tapping f12, it does not allow. I have also tried to boot to a USB and Kaspersky through an ISO boot disk. I am using Windows XP Service Pack 3. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance.

If you can't boot safe mode your OS has been damaged by another virus. What happened when you tried the Kaspersky disc?
Initially, I shut down my computer, loaded Kaspersky ISO boot disk and tapped f12, this actually brought me to windows desktop for about 45 seconds, then went back to the FBI Moneypak screen. Now, I am still at the same point where I can't boot to safe mode, Can't boot an ISO image and I can not boot using the installation disk.
