What's good man, GPU for WoW. Your computer is older, but should still run WoW great with a R7 260x, like this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... You can find it on sale from $100-$120. You are constrained by the PCI-Express 1.0 slot. Even if you spend more, it won't translate into more peformance, based on the motherboard's capability.

Additionally, you could upgrade the processor as WoW is heavily dependent on the processor.
Core 2 Duo e6700 ~$25 with shipping http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Core-2-Duo-E6700-CPU-2-66...
or
Intel Core 2 Quad q6600 ~$50 with shipping http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Core-2-Quad-Q6600-SLACR-2...

So for ~$150 you'll be able to play WoW on medium/high settings with great FPS. Both processors are great choices.

I'm not sure if that dual bracket GPU will fit. Any other single bracket GPU that'll fit??

It should fit... Is there a fax/dialup modem in there (take it out)? Get pictures with your phone and I can help.
Higher end video cards need that extra space for cooling. You'll take a massive hit in performance with low profile.
Here's one of the best low profile cards: http://www.amazon.com/XFX-DisplayPort-PCI-Express-FX775...
Comparison: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R7-260X-vs-Radeon-HD-775...

So worth if you can get the r7

This should be similar, the red is where the graphics card goes.

Dang, forgot about dell PSU, honestly probably not. Recommended wattage is at least 350W for the specs. Would I recommend getting a better one asap? Yes, especially if you plan on getting either one of those CPU's with the R7.
$19.99 after mail in rebate. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Unfortunately Dual bracket GPU would not fit - please do your homework, only single bracket, 7.5 inches long or less and a few more constrains.

@Noobidk: Stop purchasing this video card - it would not fit.
