I was initially going to buy R7 250x(8033 rupees) but found used radeon 6870 1gb drr5 (7200 rupees...$120 approx) and gtx 650ti 1gb drr5 (8000 rupees .....$133 approx).
Both are in warranty.
Radeon is about 1 year used while Gtx is about 1 month used.
I'm leaning towards 6870 considering its cheaper nd equal performance to 650ti.
I'll be gaming at 1280*1024. At this resolution I know both cards would give good Fps but I am worried about driver support for 6870.
So how future proof would the Radeon be against Gtx.

They're still updating the drivers for the radeon HD 6000 series so i wouldn't worry about that at the moment.

assuming you already did your homework by determening that both used cards are equal is it imo a good choice.

i would go for the radeon if i was you, it has a larger memory bandwidth and memory bus, although the gtx has higher clocks, but i believe that you can overclock the radeon, making it more powerful than the gtx.
