Power Supply Problem ?

Mouse and keyboard acting erratic..changed mobo thinking it was the usb ports...tried a different mouse and same issue...Key board sporadically going from caps to lowercase...could it be the power supply ?

I don't think so, if it was the power supply, everything that uses the 5V line would be doing the same, and that's all he chips on the MB, all the chipset uses 5V to work. Or if it's the 5V line to the USB ports, that's something with the MB, not the PSU.
