https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3f6INgYBmGo - this is the best possible build you will find for your money.
Things to change:
Change Athlon 750k to 760k
Change Radeon 7770 to highest R series GPU you can find for your money - if you can squeeze in a 270(x) you can play every game on nice settings 1080p
.

.Thanks BNG. I compared the first build to the one you recommended and it only came out to being around $20 more. What do you think is better the first one i listed or this?
CPU AMD Athlon X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $88.32
Motherboard MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Micro ATX FM2 $62.50
Memory Corsair XMS3 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $44.90
Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $65.75
Video Card Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB $109.99

This build is definitely a lot better compared to the first build. The CPU/GPU combination is just a whole lot stronger compared to the 5800k. You can probably save some money on the 4GB RAM by going with the Crucial ballistix 4GB or G.skill ares/sniper series. Also, the fractal design could be changed for a cheaper case (but that depends on preference).
In the end this build will serve you a whole lot better compared to the 1st one

Cool. Thanks man. I'll go with that build. Ill probably get 2x4gb ram that you mention from G.skill.
Last question though. I was looking at affordable Gpus and found two around $100. Same price but look completely differently since they have the same name. Any ideas of what the difference are besides the ports?

I have almost the same build as yours with the 5800k and if your really only playing maplestory the 5800k probaly would be fine heck I run league of legends maxed out on the thing but long term you want to look for a gpu instead. Depending on were u live in canada I would reccomend you get most of your parts at Memory Express try to stay clear of ncix because there price match sucks. I'll come up witha build in a few minutes

The r7 250x is EXACTLY the same as a 7770 with a different sticker: http://anandtech.com/bench/product/1079?vs=1126
Makes ZERO difference which you get.

Thanks for that, price site is really helpful. I was planning on getting the 2x4gb version of that g.skill for some light video editing and photoshop. Will the 2x2gb you recomended be enough? If it is then great, ill save alot more
!Im in toronto so i cant really go in the stores for memory express sadly. Is there any difference with the caviar blue vs the hard drive you listed in terms of performance?

That build is pretty much the Austin Evans build
. For the HDD, seagate/WD blue are pretty much the same. No noticable difference. Just go for the one that is cheapest. -

Alright cool, this is most likely what will be my build then.
CPU AMD Athlon X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $88.32
Motherboard MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Micro ATX FM2 $59.99
Memory G.Skill Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 $43.00
Storage Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $59.99
Video Card Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB $101.00
Case Antec One ATX Mid Tower $35.00
Power Supply Corsair 430W ATX12V $39.98
Although im not sure about the Graphics Card. I keep finding same priced cards with slightly different makers but same names like these;
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item...
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item...
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item...
Very confusing. Why are graphics named the same with only the first name being changed for example MSI Radeon 7770, XFX RADEON HD 7770 and so on?

Sapphire is a very reliable brand for AMD cards. MSI will also do the job without problems, but I would prefer Sapphire. Lucky for you it is the cheapest card
