My lil brothers birthday is in a month and I wanted to build him a pc before I go out to college. I dont have tons of money to spend but I was planning on doing a build around the 750 ti superclocked evga. I already have the card btw, just not the other parts. This card DOES NOT require any 6 pin connectors so I can go for a low wattage power supply (which kind is super cheap and wont blow out the first week its used?). I have an matx case to house everything in as well. Im not sure about the motherboard and cpu.... Right now Im aiming to get him something to start out on so I dont need to get anything that'll burn through my wallet. And then there is ram, not sure if 4gb will suffice or if itll do for a little while until he can buy his own...Thanks

Solution
you can offer him a mini ITX build, as a surprise
the size is small so I can say this is a console that play PC games :)
i include intel dual core haswell
if you have more money, you can change it to i5
--- edit : you already have the card, strip it from the list
