Hi guys, like need your valuable advice more then ever.

1st let me start of with my current pc specs
Processor - Amd 8320
Mobo - gigabyte 970a-ds3p
gfx - Sapphire 5770
psu - Corsair Cx 600
Ram - gskill 4gb 1600
Hard Disk- WD 1tb

So now, i live in india everything i mean everything related to pc peripherals is 100$ more then normal pricing i.e. - U.S. pricing
Hence i will be converting local pricing into $ and presenting to you guys can help me out better

Basically why i am asking your help is in regards to

1) I want to upgrage my GPU ( Asus Gtx 770 - 500 $, MSI R9 280X - 411$, Zotac GTX 760 - 329$)

2) I had once asked the community in regards to my motherboard, and was informed that i shoudnt over-clock my processor cause the motherboard is not great to say the least, so is AMD 8320 a good enough processor for current and next gen games and also is there a need to overclock.

The problem i am facing is 1st i am not sure if my PSU can handle R9 280x cause its more then 4yrs old, also.

Now i am working in a $ constraint cause i gotta pay from my own pocket :( but at the same time i really want to make a good gaming pc maily to play BF 4 and titanfall and hopefully the next games which are coming out.

Also R9 280X Toxic is also available for approx 450 $, so i am really confused can my psu handle it, can my CPU ( Amd 8320 & Mobo) take the load.

note - i know i need to up my ram which i am thinking in lines for 8gb 1600 which i can get for 180$.

so any input i would genuinely appreciate.

I would go from whichever is cheaper in your country between gtx 770 and r9 280x. Both card perform great at 1080p by maxing out almost every game including bf4 and tf. Your power supply can handle either card. Your processor can also handle either card and only gets challenged by the best (like multicard configurations) if optimized properly. Lastly, you know about your ram cards, but if you can upgrade speed as well it will be beneficial to something like 2133mhz.

You can buy items from amazon dot com. They offer free shipping to India on orders above $125(I've personally ordered a GTX 770 and an AMD fx 8350).You just have to pay the import fees which should be around $20. I have the GTX 770 from MSI and its great. One advantage of Nvidia cards is Physx and I like it a lot.You can even order the 8 GB RAM from themwhich I have.If your budget is $500 you can order a GTX 780 from amazon which is better than the 770.Here are all the links-

Your PSU can handle the r9 280x , gtx 770 , gtx 780 .
Go with the GTX 780 only if you want otherwise GTX 770 is great.
The FX-8320 is great and ya, don't try to overclock it on that motherboard.
With this setup you can run many games in ultra and some upcoming games like Watch Dogs from medium to high settings.
Hope I Helped. :)

From what i read is it possible to overclock on that board, how far is another question and you would just have to find out. Also use a good cooler on the cpu when you want this.
In this list do they say that it can overclock with cooling.yours has that cooling on the vrm's.It's a newer revision.
http://www.overclock.net/t/946407/amd-motherboards-vrm-info-database
There are more topics about your motherboard concerning overclocking,
https://www.google.nl/#q=GA-970A-DS3P+overclocking
it can handle an 8350 so getting it to those speeds should probably be possible.Look a those other threads, good remarks are given about what to keep an eye on.Maybe try to see how far it goes on stock voltage.

The r9 280X looking at those prices is a nice card.

The psu should be able to handle it,but i've read from the more experienced here that it doesn't do good when powerdraw goes over 75%.I can't really say how much an overclocked 8320 and that gpu (stock) will do.You should try that out.

For ram could you add another 2x2=4gb's if you can get the same type if possible,at least at the same speed, timings and voltage.
