Okay im 14 so not much money, so im building a budget PC,
Here are the parts,
Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GHz Dual Core (4th Generation) - $ 61.23
MSI H81-P33 - $59.32
Raidmax Stingray + Raidmax 300W PSU - $57.41
Transcend 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 - $44.01
Western Digital Blue 500GB 7200RPM SATA 6Gbps - $57.41
These are all the components.

Questions
a) Are the components present enough to use the system ( I have a Windows disc)?
b) Are the respective prices okay, or too much ?
c) Is the setup upgrade proof ?
d) Which parts can i cut down on to save money (eg - which are reliable getting second hand)?
e) Is this setup better;

Intel Core i3 4130 3.4GHz Dual Core (4th Generation) - $126.34
MSI H81-P33 - $59.32
DDR3 4GB ADATA 1333MHz RAM - $22.97
(Second Hand)Samsung 320GB SATA - $29.86
Powerlogic Cherry 612 ATX - $19.14
(Second Hand)Power Supply - Power Supply MAGNUM 250 - $3.83

Um - no graphics GPU.

At least get integrated (part of the CPU) say with a i3 4130 - but it'll cost about $120.

Else you have to buy a card to go with your G3220. a GT 630 will cost you about another $60 but will have 10 times the graphics power of any integrated graphics. But you'll need a big bigger power supply for it too - 350W - probably only a few dollars more than your 300W.

You might find a better pc on eBay - less than a year old for $250

Anything this low end has virtually nothing worth saving for an upgrade down the track.
