hello im building a micro itx nes pc mainly for web surfing and light gaming games like doom 1 and wolf 3d and the like is this an ok board heres the link

Its only got an Atom CPU, sata 2, usb2, ddr2. Nothing is going to work very well at all with this mobo plus CPU. You need to buy a LGA1150 socket CPU and motherboard and start from there. It'll have sata3, usb3, ddr3

i was gonna use the board to emulate nes in an old nes case so basic web surf is akll i need aside from an nes emu

I wouldn't spend any money on it that would be wasted eg ram. But wanting to use Nintendo Simulator is weird anyway.

definitely enough for that purpose

It will be fine for Doom 1 / 2, but don't expect wonders from this one
