RGB dots and lines on screen after GPU upgrade!

I've got a rather strange problem.
I recently got a Geforce 210 powered Asus en210 1gb DDR3 silent Gfx card.
I was outta' money so had no choice.When not playing games sometimes my screen goes wild RGB dots and lines appear and the screen flashes green!
Oddly enough this is not the case while gaming.Specially intensive ones like DmC Devil may cry on Ultra High settings.
I tried different VGA cables and tried installing the card agin but it still happens and it occurs so randomly one moment it's there after a restart it's not for a minute and then it's back.
It's pissing me off so badly!
Please Help me!

short and simply, it's a faulty GPU if this only occurred after the upgrade. You have the right to return in and get a new graphics card.

Don't know what but other than that if it's faulty wouldn't it lag on games I can play real good!I value your suggestion but an RMA is not possible right now coz I shifted from my previous location where I got my card.

randomly doesn't change anything, as a normal functioning GPU would not have this occur at all.

if RMA is not possible, there will be no way to fix this unfortunately. There is no way to 'fix' the issue, if you try, I guarantee it'll make things worse.

Hey bro I'll send it to a technician. Don't you think it's strange that even when I game for upto 5 hrs straight nothing weird happens but after 30 mins of being idle strange stuff happens and that too just sometimes.

don't send it to him right away, do as I suggested in my PM, downgrading the graphics drivers to previous version.

I'll never know which version, or a good one, as I have never owned the card. Only advice I can give is; Try a vast selection of versions, if all appear to have the same issue, you'll have to give it to a technician, which he'll attempt to fix but unlikely he will.

Also How do I completely uninstall drivers?

I wouldn't uninstall the drivers, Just use the previous one, the driver is most likely fine.

Well I uninstalled them using driver sweeper but didn't restart so couldn't install drivers for a while. Hehe.
Unfortunately I only figured it out after 1 hour.
Stupid me!
