can i run watch dogs even at lowest settings

i preoreder watch dogs from flipkart i am from india . i orderd watch dogs but noew i am concerned it my rig can run it at. playablre framerates
gpu: asusu radeon hd 6670 1gb gddr5
cpu : intel pentium dual core e5700 @ 3.00 ghz
4gb ram
dell In2020M monitor

i have played some games at medium-ish settings at 1600*900 resoluyion like dmc5, ac4,ac3,crysis2, nfs mw 2012,2005 ..gears of war burnout paradise but watch dogs has really top notch graphics and i am worried

Watch_Dogs requires a minimum Quad-Core processor. I bet the game wouldn't run with your specification as it failed to meet the CPU or it might but it will have massive lag issues.

I suggest to upgrade your RAM to 6GB and CPU to Core 2 Quad or any entry-level Quadcore processor so you can safely play Watch_Dogs in Low.
