1600mhz on 1333mhz processor (Budget Question)

Hello guys, I am currently helping my girlfriend to build her own pc. For now she will be buying Pentium G3220 socket 1150 and a MSI B75 mobo. The G3220 only supports 1333mhz memory. Is it okay I will buy her 1600mhz because she is also planning to upgrade her processor on the future. Is it a good choice? :??:

Processor: Pentium G3220
Mobo: MSI B75MA-E33
GPU: Evga GT 630 1gb 128bit
HDD: 250gb or 150gb (we will take it on her old pc)
PSU: Suggest please. (up to 450 watts only)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 4gb 1600mhz (any suggestions?)
