will the SATA cables fit under this graphics card?

Right angle plugs will work for half of those. You might be able to get them to work on the top half, but I'd just use normal ones on those. I'm sure you'd be fine. They might be in the way, but they are fairly flexible so I'm sure you'll be able to route them around the card.
