Gaming Computer for 1500-1700$ [2014]

Hello guys, this is my 2014 project.
I'm new to custom gaming pcs and i need help.
INFORMATIONS THAT YOU NEED:
-I want to overclock
-I want to play on 3 monitors (do you know 1080p monitors that are not very expansive???)
-I'm going to edit/stream and play
- i prefer nvidia and intel, but i like amd too
-i would like a really cool case, led fans , panel that control fans, optical drive.
- My budget is 1500-1700$
-i would like 250 gb of ssd
-i would like 2tb hdd
-i would like gtx 780 ti and i7 4770k
-i would like 16 gb RAM
-i would like a motherboard with a lot of usb3 ports, that supports sli and 64 gb of ram ( Rampage Hero VI for example)
-i would like a CPU COOLER like h100i o h80

An i7, at this point in time, is not really needed. I imagine this could be cheaper, but honestly this would be a great build. If you had the extra budget you get get a Noctua cooler, or the h100i. But this case won't support water cooling. If you had a little bit more budget I could put some more things, but for now this is an epic machine that will run alot of games. Also the 780 ti, is around 650-750 so it'd be hard to fit in without sacrificing alot of good parts.

sorry, i didn't say that you don' have to put monitors/os in the budget :D
so that's extra, 1700$ are just for the computer ;D

Also, the case will support all of this. The Noctua is great for over clocking. Later on you can upgrade to i7, but this will be a powerhouse computer.
