Hey guys,
my pc : http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/ca/en/ho/WF06b/12132708-12133156-12133158-12133158-12133158-79732772-80127167.html?dnr=2

so its a shit pc i run MC on lowest setting 20 fps on a small screen (windowed), lowest settings on windowed screen with optifine 30fps

now i want a new graphics card i hope i maybe could pplay full screen without lag so above 30 fps i was thinking of the hd5450 as MC is not such a major graphic game but my budget is till like 40euro if you maybe could maybe change the processor aswell id go upto 100 euros hope you guys can help , dont come leaving bad comments some people are not so wealthy :) and just bought a new ps3 so thats why my budget is so low as il be asking it from my dad

Solution

Basically the performance of a semi decent graphics card will be limited by the other components in the pc. By all means you will get 60fps solid in MC with that card in that pc but the card won't perform as well as it could because of the not so good cpu and ram.

Since you have a tight budget, upgrading the CPU, GPU , and RAM won't be possible. If you want an immediate solution then a GPU upgrade would be good. At least get the HD 6670 or GT 640. It's more worth.

Consoles....
I personally feel that the only good thing about them is that you can play with 2+ people side by side on the same screen.

Seriously, upgrading a PC such as that will be a pointless exercise and a waste of money. The Power Supply may not be up to the job and could cause problems later down the line if put under serious load not to mention the motherboard. The pc will bottleneck because the other components aren't powerful enough. Stick with your ps3 and save up your money and buy a budget gaming pc :)

I don't think it will break but the other components will cause big bottlenecking issues.
